Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide an exemption for digital content that has been accessed with the customer's prior consent.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and consent to immediate access, waiving your right to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Exceptions: We will issue a full refund if:
- There is a technical failure that prevents delivery of your download link, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- You were charged but did not receive an order confirmation or download link.
